CURRENT AUDITION OPPORTUNITIES
Out Front Theatre Company is excited to announce auditions for our 2026 season production of Which Way to the Stage by Ana Noguiera.
WHEN: Virtual auditions will be accepted through Wednesday, December 10th @ 11:59PM. In-person auditions will be held on Saturday, December 13th from 11AM to 4PM @ Out Front Theatre Company. Callbacks will take place in-person on Sunday, December 14th from 6PM to 10PM @ Out Front Theatre Company. Please note that actors will not be held the entire callback. Specific times will be sent via email to those invited to callbacks.
WHERE: Please submit your audition form HERE. Please upload your virtual audition to a video sharing platform (Youtube, Vimeo, etc.) without password protection. Please do not submit a download link. Videos that must be downloaded will not be accepted.
WHAT TO PREPARE: Please prepare the appropriate preselected audition side for each character for whom you wish to be considered. Readers will be present for those who audition in person. For those who wish to be considered for the role of Judy, please also prepare/submit a 16 to 32 bar acapella cut of a favorite musical theatre song that you feel best showcases your voice.
Audiences can always expect that Out Front will produce work that is by, for, and about queer stories and culture. Though we understand that there is no monolithic queer identity, we are committed to casting authentically and hope to empower all queer identifying performers, openly so or not, to submit themselves for consideration of roles that align with their lived experiences. We will never ask nor presume or assume identities but hope to provide meaningful performance opportunities for those who seldom see themselves on stage. We will treat performers with respect and discretion in hopes of empowering all who honor us by sharing their talents.
