Here's That Rainy Day

Enjoy an evening of song and stories with Broadway’s Glenn Rainey! Glenn Rainey, an actor and musician, was born and raised in Newnan, Georgia, and currently resides in Atlanta.  He spent the better part of thirty-five years performing in Atlanta. He got his start in community theatre at Onstage Atlanta, then worked at other theatres in the area until getting his Equity card at Theater Emory in the early nineties.

Glenn has been seen on most every Atlanta stage. Some of his more memorable performances have been with Horizon Theatre (“The Food Chain”), Theatre of the Stars (“Guys and Dolls”), Aurora Theater (“A Catered Affair”), The Alliance Theatre (“A Christmas Carol”, “Jesus Christ Superstar Gospel”) and Atlanta Lyric Theatre (“Hairspray”, for which he received the Suzi Bass Award for Best Actor in a Musical).
